It begins with some vocabulary phrases that are used in different conversation situations such as making polite requests, confirmation questions, beginning and ending telephone conversations. Then there are some sample dialogues with fill in the blanks. You can get the students to fill in the blanks with the appropriate phrase and practice the dialogues. Then there are practice situations where the students must come up with their own dialogue using the phrases learned.
